Wedding days are often remembered for the big moments....

the first kiss, the walk down the aisle, the celebration surrounded by family and friends. But sometimes it’s the quiet moments that stay with us the longest.

Before the ceremony begins and before the day unfolds, everything seems to pause for just a moment.

This photograph captures one of those moments.

With eyes closed and foreheads resting together, the bride and her daughter share a few peaceful seconds before everything changes. There are no words, no audience, and no expectations. Just love, gratitude, and the comfort of being close to one another.

These are the photographs I find myself returning to again and again. They’re not carefully posed or created for the camera. They’re genuine moments that deserve to be remembered exactly as they happened.

Long after the flowers have faded and the dress has been carefully packed away, this image will still tell the story of how the day felt.

That is what wedding photography means to me.

Not just documenting what happened, but preserving the emotions that might otherwise become blurred with time.

If you’re planning a wedding in Reno, Lake Tahoe, or anywhere your story takes you, my goal is to create photographs that feel just as meaningful decades from now as they do today. Images that let you step back into the moments you never want to forget.
